Niccole Beasley currently serves as Director of Operations & Accounting for RPS Solutions LLC. Her career began as an accountant in the public sector with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City where she spent almost a decade as custodian of the City’s multi-million dollar Capital Programs division. Through those very formative years she was able to become an integral part of the City’s affordable housing re-growth and revitalization effort and grew to understand its importance to the people of her city first-hand. Aiming to do more, she transitioned into Human Services where she served as Finance Director for its Homeless Services division. Here she focused on not only housing development concerns, but an entire continuum of care for individuals in need. Niccole’s early exposure to real estate development then led her to enter the private sector where she joined with one of the top Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the nation and specialized in property accounting for a number of years. This gave her the unique opportunity to view housing opportunities with a new perspective and sparked her interest in trying to marry servitude with profitability – knowing that it could be done. In an effort to share the vision, advanced studies and certifications followed in the areas of Executive/Motivational Leadership with the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and Project Management with a local college in her community.
